Our Chef Giangiacomo Blesio was born in Brescia on November 11th 1972.
He has worked extensively in top class restaurants both in Italy and abroad.

The strongly Mediterranean cuisine at the San Giovenale di Orvieto is careful to select seasonal ingredients of the finest quality.
Our fresh pasta and home made cakes are made according to traditional recipes and are among the restaurant’s strong points.
The Al San Giovenale restaurant offers a choice of traditional dishes that have been reinterpreted by our chef in its fixed price Typical Menu.
Great care is taken to ensure that the dishes prepared in our kitchens respect any allergies or intolerance our clients may have towards particular ingredients.
The restaurant is part of the AIC (Associazione Italiana Celiachia) list of certified restaurants in Italy.
